Construction of engineering infrastructure facilities in Subzone No. 1 of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) "Seaport Aktau". Transport and road network, parking area, and outdoor road lighting;

Construction of multi-apartment residential buildings with commercial premises at the address: Aktau city, microdistrict 31A, plot No. 7;

Reconstruction of a 10 km automobile road in the village of Baskuduk, Mangystau Region;

Construction of a seawater desalination plant located in the Tokymak area, Mangystau Region, within the Kendirli resort zone;

Reconstruction of the “Aktau – Fort-Shevchenko” automobile road, km 5–43 (Phase 1 – km 5–29 of the “Aktau – Fort-Shevchenko” road);

The “Ata Zholy” road serves as an access route to sacred sites, including the Shopan-Ata Underground Mosque, Oglandy Necropolis, and the Beket-Ata Underground Mosque. These sites are part of Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage and are included in the “Sacred Geography” special project, aimed at forming a cultural and geographical network of national sacred landmarks. The total length of the road is 97 km.

The total area of the modern complex, designed for 1,000 seats, is 2,400 square meters. It is a gift from the Mangystau Region. Construction began in April 2019 and was completed in October 2019.
